CHIMEI’s KIBITON® Q Resin is a copolymer of styrene and butadiene. This material offers high tortuosity resistance, surface rigidity, and intensity, as well as easy dyeing/printing abilities. CHIMEI’s KIBITON® Q Resin offers especially high transparency, gloss, impact strength, and compatibility with styrenic resins, such as GPPS and SBS, compared to other suppliers’ materials. It can be used in manufacturing general household appliances, clothes hangers, toys, and packaging materials, as well as in polymer modification. KIBITON® Q resin’s tapered microstructure offers better transparency compared to HIPS, and better impact strength compared to GPPS. This material conforms to RoHS, REACH SVHC, the FDA (21CFR177.1640.) standard, and the EU No. 10/2011.FDA (21CFR177.1640.) standard.
